Who we are

Early access list
When you join the early access list we receive your email address and, if you choose them, the cuts and colours you are interested in. We use them only to send you sample, launch and pre-order emails from Briefly Naked, and to see which cuts and colours people want.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you confirm by clicking the link in our confirmation email.
- Who handles it for us: Klaviyo, Inc. (USA) stores the list and sends the emails as our processor. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- How long: until you unsubscribe (every email has a link) or ask us to delete your data. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address only as long as needed to respect that choice.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to see how visitors use this website: which pages are viewed, where visits come from, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set until you click Accept analytics.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings; analytics then stops and its cookies are removed.
- What Google stores: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google signals is switched off. Event data is deleted after 2 months and visitor-level data after 14 months.
- Transfers: Google may process the data in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Fonts are served from this website, so no third party receives your IP address when a page loads unless you accept analytics.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before. Write to info@brieflynaked.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
